Netzach Shabbatons Inc.

Netzach Shabbatons Inc. (N.S.I) is the weekend-getaway project of Netzach Outreach. Based in Queens, New York, N.S.I provides that much-needed change of scenery for the young teens who work hard in our study programs throughout the year.

With a steady rotation between our six hotspots throughout Queens, N.S.I arranges sleeping accommodations for the boys/girls by the Netzach hosts – who open their homes to help provide the authentic Shabbat experience. The Shabbat meals are divided between the communal, Netzach-style meals and the private, home-style meals at the houses in which the teens are staying over Shabbat.

N.S.I never fails in creating an exciting weekend, complete with activities before or after Shabbat, as well as games/competitions on Shabbat afternoon. While the Netzach Programs throughout the week are focused on education and inspiration, N.S.I is more about relaxing and unwinding.

There is no doubt that N.S.I is an important part of the overall Netzach experience. Through the Shabbatons, our teens gain an added dimension to their understanding of what it means to love being Jewish.
